Dear all,

There will be no RC meeting this afternoon.  We will resume regular
meetings tomorrow.

Good news: There has been no unexpected downtime in the hall since the
beginning of Swing shift last Wednesday and we have been running
production at 70uA nearly the entire time.   The only exception was Day
shift on Friday during the Wien flip.  The only hall "glitches" we've
encountered during this 4 day period were IOC related, and all were
recoverable remotely and caused very little if any downtime.  It is
however worth noting that since the Wien flip, stable beam delivery has
been difficult, often with many trips (over 15 per hour), and with
extended periods of BNA (for various reasons such as RF problems and
invasive hall B tuning--to get them back after the Wien flip).   In this
88 hour period, from start of Swing last Wednesday to end of Owl this
morning, we have collected over 14 good Coulombs, putting our current
total at just over 35 C.  During 4 consecutive shifts over last
Wednesday and Thursday, we collected 5.5 good Coulombs which represents
68% efficiency!  This is our target for the rest of the run.

We are currently in a Moller measurement and it will continue into Swing
shift.  We will then go back to production running and continue until
MCC starts Beam Studies on Tuesday Day.

Best,
Dustin
