[Prex] [New Logentry] Hall A status

We are going to keep the hall open through the weekend so that the target group can finalize the installation of the chamber and target. Monday we tentatively plan to do the final target survey followed by vacuum connection and establishing vacuum over night. If all goes well we can then proceed to do the final pivot alignment on Tue followed by hall lockup. We will of course re-evaluate on Monday morning. 

For now shift through Monday DAY (including) have been cancelled. The Monday swing and owl shift crews should be on standby in case we need them.
