[Prex] [New Logentry] No RC meeting today + status

We will NOT have the RC meeting today. 

Status: 
- ESR 15K helium leak ~12:30 AM; can't support cold target through the weekend.

- Target chamber vacuum degraded ~2e-5 Torr; no conclusion yet from preliminary investigation during the Owl.  But, we are good for now to run with low current on warm targets. Optics program is ongoing and the plan for today is to stay with it. The vaccum issue will be further investigated afterwards.
