[Prex] Owl shift tonight cancelled and Day shift tomorrow on stand by

Hi All,

There will be no beam overnight. So, we'd like to cancel the owl shift 
tonight (June 25). Tomorrow(also June 25) day shift will be on standby, 
which means the shift taker don't have to show up unless being called by 
the RC.
