[Prex] apar account UID change

Hi PREXers,
while debugging a problem with making halog entries from the apar
account in the counting house, we discovered that the UID of apar is
different between the counting house machines and the CUE database.
Such a mismatch may cause various permission errors when trying to write
to the disks maintained by the computer center, so we need to fix it.
(It looks like apar was added to the CUE database just about a year ago
while it has been on the counting house machines for maybe 20 years, so
there are historical reasons for this.)
I'd like to renumber the apar UID on the counting house systems this
weekend. I can only reliably do this if the apar user is not running any
processes. I will need to log out all apar sessions and stop anything
else running under apar, such as msql servers, CODA, etc. Renumbering
all files will take about 1hr.
Unless there are objections, I'd like to do this tomorrow, Saturday, May
25, around 12 noon. Please log off apar before then, if possible. Fewer
session = less work for me. Please let me know if this time is
inconvenient. I'll let you know when the account is ready for use again.
Ole
