[Prex] CREX to start Nov 25, please sign up for shifts if local

Dear Colleagues

We will be starting CREX a week earlier than anticipated (due to delays elsewhere), specifically Nov 25.
That's just 3 weeks from now !   And yes, we will be running on Thanksgiving.  Please sign up for shifts.
It's advised that mostly locals sign up for the first few shifts, due the usual uncertainty of  exactly when
we start getting the beam.
