[Prex] Update on CREX, plans

The ORFP is going well and on track for the Spin Dance on Saturday
Nov 30 and physics beam delivery on Dec 2.  I asked if there was a
chance we'd start earlier than that and the answer was "no".
Nevertheless, we'll keep abreast of developments.

Meanwhile, we'll stay in controlled access for septum and compton,
but the ACC folks have priority if they need to go to Beam Permit.

We'll have a next RC meeting tomorrow (Wed).  I realize that a
lot of you will want to start a holiday before then, so feel free
to miss the meeting or call in.  The main thing we'll cover is the
run plan, shown at the URL below.  Please look this over and give
comments to Dustin and me, especially if you are listed as being
responsible for a plan but cannot make it, or if you want to
volunteer to help.
