[Prex] [EXTERNAL] shifts cancelled

Thank you to those who filled in the shifts over the weekend. All shifts
are cancelled from now until the end of Weds Sept. 2 for Hall C 1 pass
running. We are scheduled to get beam back during Thursday Day Sept 3. *NOTE:
in my RC update email I said that Owl on Thursday was also cancelled but
afterward realized that this will be the call of the incoming RC, Ye Tian,
who will decide whether or not to crew the Owl shift in preparation for
return of beam. Please wait for her guidance.*
