[Prex] [New Logentry] Shifts cancelled

The target is warming up and we have released the target operator as well. Shifts are cancelled for today (Jan 19th) SWING and tomorrow (Jan 20th) OWL and DAY. The SWING shifts tomorrow is on standby.
