[Prex] CREX restart, shift signup, info for returning

Hi all,

Please only sign up for CREX shifts that you are *100% certain* you will be able to travel here for - no support can be provided by the laboratory and my guess is that you can assume your grants won't yet be allowed to support travel either this summer. I suspect that this means we will be running mostly with locals.

If you are signed up for shifts, you don't need to request from me or Rolf specifically. We will go by the shift lists - and poll the collaboration leadership. Our email load is bad enough already!

However, you will need to (please!) be fully responsible for following the laboratory's guidelines for work under MedCon5 conditions - this involves new training, a new COO, far advance registration, etc.... see the links that Bob sent earlier, below.

CREX will restart at the end of July.  Please sign up for shifts.

Note: users must register seven days prior to arrival even if they have registered before.
Javier informs me that Users should NOT register until the Thia or Rolf tells them
to do so.  Signing up for shifts is one reason you would be justified to register.
So, please first sign up, then ask Thia or Rolf.
