[Prex] RC meeting via Bluejeans at 3:30 pm

Reminder of today's meeting.  We're meeting Mon, Wed, Fri this week.

Accelerator is doing ORFP (beam recovery) this week.  The procedure seems to be progressing
well now.  Physics is projected to start on Aug 3; the timeline is uncertain.  We will most likely
cancel some shifts, but I will  wait a bit before doing that.

L-HRS cosmics checkout of detectors is ongoing; a few small problems are being addressed.
R-HRS VDC recovery is starting.
