[Prex] [New Logentry] RC daily update

The production runs smoothly since yesterday RC meeting. 

The average efficiency for yesterday DAY shifts is ~48%, there are 2-hour down time for 5A30 quad mismatches https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3797897 and 0.5 hour for A2 interception steering https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3797948 during that time. After that, the average efficiency of swing and Owl shifts was increased to ~75%. Accumulated charge from yesterday Day shift to today Owl shift is ~8.5C, and we almost finish the slug155. 

Plan is to continue production for today. The injector expert Yan is monitoring A2 interception (it is slightly increased during last night) now, and there could be another further adjustment to serve the weekend (~ this afternoon).
