[Prex] Shifters - Firefox issues resolved

See attached screenshots.

1) On the aonl machines, Firefox does start up (may be slow, wait a
minute or two), but then shows a connection error with the Prex homepage.

2) To resolve this, go to Edit->Preferences->Privacy and Security,
scroll all the way to the bottom, and uncheck the box labeled "Query
OCSP responder servers ..."

3) Reload the home page. Voila.

In all my browser configurations, I always turn OCSP querying off. In my
experience, it does more harm than good (see here). But we can discuss
this elsewhere.
