[Prex] [EXTERNAL] CREX weekly WAC meetings to restart this Thursday at 11AM

Hello to all WACs and other parity non-conserving people,

*We will restart our weekly offline analysis WAC meetings for CREX this
Thursday at 11am**.*

If you were not a WAC for either period of CREX but still wish to join and
help shepherd our dataset out to pasture you are welcome to join as well.
This amounts to the cleanup and polishing stage of the Parity data analysis.

Nothing is expected for this Thursday, but if you want to refresh your
memory on your week, you can skim back over your notes or daily wiki-pages,
and if you want to get a head start on making suggestions for new cuts or
run-list changes to discuss at the meeting that would be great as well.

I've updated the PREX/CREX Run List (freshly harvested data from RCDB - we
should verify that the old spreadsheet data matches the pre-Summer/Fall
CREX running RCDB results) and made a new first page in the traditional
google spreadsheet
