We got beam back at 19:24 yesterday. The beam spot on target was checked (166,02(x) x183.92(y) um) https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839694. Then, raster size and carbon hole have been verified with the spot++ https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839698 and https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839700. After that, Adam checked the Compton rate. We went back to production at 20:40. 150uA Beam ran about 10 mins then went away due to the 5th Pass Vertical Separator Amp 2 trips. MCC tuned Hall C (came back from their target work) for a while. Late swing (23:00), beam was back, and the shift crew ramped high current on 1% C target first then went to 48Ca target to start production.

During today's Owl shift, at the beginning we had a trippy beam, after that the number of beam tripps has been improved after the RF recovery. We had smooth production (average efficiency 56%) during the owl shift. Since Pete Francis replaced the S&H module of bpm11 (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839520) during the RF recovery, Cameron took a 45mins bpm pedestal run with the stable beam during the owl shift (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839941). New pedestals apply to runs after 8183.

We collected 2.7C (swing+owl shifts) so far. The Plan for today is to keep running production.

We have scheduled a Moller polarimetry measurement to begin Friday morning at 8:30AM.

 Future planned down time
1) On Sept.8, 4-hours beam study was planned by PD

We will have our remote RC meeting at 3:30 PM today. Bluejeans link: https://bluejeans.com/256205934
