[Prex] [EXTERNAL] Doodle for PREX and MOLLER. Due Aug 18.

We are approaching another academic semester, and it looks like the meeting times will need to be scrambled as we adjust to new teaching times.  This means it is time to get out your calendar and fill out a Grand Doodle!

I am sending this to all of PREX, and to at least the technical board for MOLLER. I plan to use a spreadsheet output of this to identify times for the meetings I’m in charge of, and to share this with other meeting organizers from both collaborations. I know a big doodle like this is no fun, but I’m hoping this super-inclusive poll will allow us to filter down the range of options and provide short, easy scheduling polls to finish the job. 

Some rules:
- this doodle is meant to be a weekly schedule, so ignore dates and just use the day of the week;
- all PREX and MOLLER meetings are eligible to be rescheduled, so please don’t include those in your excluded times; 
- mark times with occasional lack of availability as well as times that are available but undesirable as “if need be”;
- if you have another weekly obligation that can be rescheduled, please consider using “if need be” for that as well;
- contact me if you need the poll result to narrow down options for your weekly meeting.
