[Prex] PREX-2/CREX talks at APS April meeting

We encourage everyone who can to submit abstracts related to PREX-2 and
CREX to the APS April meeting. If you plan to submit such a contribution
please circulate it to the list first for comments.

Just a reminder the deadline for abstract submission is *Jan 8th*.
