[Prex] [EXTERNAL] dithering

Hey, Jay

This may sound like a silly question, but you know how we use dithering/beam modulation at ~15Hz in the hall to move the beam around....I was wondering if it's possible to "dither" a quad at ~15Hz and jiggle the beam size around....?
