<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">to clarify.  I have been looking at older data from this run, and I don't want to call out anyone but there</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">were several instances of apparently wrong StartRun entries (e.g. wrong target) and various typos.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">But since there was redundancy in the information and some other explanations I was able to figure</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">out what happened.  Please focus on accuracy and feel free to add explanations.  You'll be happier</p>
