[Primex] background discussions

    I would suggest to discuss the status of the eta-proposal
   background in tomorrow's meeting.

   To have enough time for this discussions, I would also
   suggest to start the meeting at 3:00 PM

   Please note, the meeting will start at 3:00 PM (not 3:30 pm)
