[Primex] Talk to the VIII LASNPAP

Dear Tulio,
   Looks like a nice talk to me.
I have one small correction on p.2
the formula for Gamma is only correct for Nc = 3 for the pi0 and eta.
For the eta' this is not true and due to strong  eta-eta' mixing the  
eta to 2 gamma
decay is sensitive to Nc.
   more minor-  the et al notation is usually reserved for more then 3  
authors.
