[Primex] eta-primakoff proposal

    Dear PrimEx Collaboration Members,

  The updated draft #4 version of the eta-primakoff proposal is now posted
  at the same directory:

     http://www.jlab.org/~lgan/PAC35/

  The text still needs some polishing and checking, but the essential parts
  are already there and completed. Please take a look and send us your
  comments and/or suggestions.

  Many people contributed to this work, and the proposal now is much
  stronger and in many ways more complete than a month or so ago.
  Thank you all for your important contributions and support to this
  proposal.

  If you are interested in joining this proposal please let us know.
  The submission deadline of is on Monday by 5 pm.
