[Primex] eta proposal for PAC35

    Hi ALL,

   Few additions:

   1) the version of the cross section on He4 target which
     we are using right now for the Monte Carlo simulations
     and new fit has the NI term in. So in short time we will
     have the new cross section and the fit plot including
     the NI tem. The difference is not much and it is for
     ~3 degrees only.
   2) The C12 target would be an excellent addition, for sure,
      unfortunatly, Tulio is taking in account the cross sections
      only. There is the number of nuclei term also in this simulation
      of days. So, it will need about similar number of days.

   3) For sure, I agree with Tulio, a calorimeter with better
      resolution is much preferable (the HYCAL), but we have to
      live with the FCAL for now and see if we can push the HYCAL
      later.
