[Primex] Updated reference for the cascade model

Dear Colleagues,

My recent work dedicated for pi_0 and eta photoproduction from nuclei  
has been published online in PRC. You can find it in the URL:

The results shown in Fig. 11 correspond to the cross section tables (C  
and Pb) I have provided for the PrimEx analysis and the paper  
addresses in detail the improvements of the cascade calculations.

In this regard, the article reflects the updated version of the MCMC  
model and supersedes some of my previous publications.
In respect to the pi_0 prl from PrimEx; it is necessary to replace the  
obsolete Ref. [20] by this new reference. (Ref. [20] does not reflect  
the tables I have provided for the analysis)
