[Primex] change in PrimEx weekly meeting time

Friday is probably the busiest day of the week for me. I can attend for 
1/2 hour
on a weekly basis if the meeting is at 1:30, sometimes longer if there's 
no seminar.
If the meeting is at 3:00,  can attend for 1/2 hour, sometimes longer
if no faculty meeting. If the meeting is at 3:30 I can attend only if no 
faculty meeting.
