[Primex] hycal motion control working

Thanks Doug for your efforts to make a work front
for HyCal tests. This Friday is a good timing, since we
plan to work over this weekend and some of us will work
during the Spring breake, starting from Friday, March 5th.
A question to you, do we need to pass a formal exam for the
"FALL PROTECTION"? If yes then how to do that? If names are
needed then here are some for the beginning: Dan Dale, Ashot
Gasparian, Ron Pedroni.
