[Primex] target motion tested

    Thanks Mark and Krister for that test, we are now
  a step closer to the PrimEx-II run.

  The HyCal front door is now open providing a limitted
  access to inspection and tests. We (Dan, Ron, Pawel and
  myself) will work on HyCal for this weekend.
