[Primex] pi0 draft paper for collaboration discussion

   Dear PrimEx Collaborators,

  We have put together a draft of the pi0 text to be submitted to
  Phys. Rev. Letters. As you know, it already went a special meeting
  discussion in the past Thursday and it is now ready for the collaboration
  discussion and approval.

  The draft text is in the primex wiki secure side. The text is still
  a draft, I have to still implement several suggestions (mostly
  captions).
  Please take a look and send to me your comments or suggestions.
  The final discussions will will take place in the coming collaboration
  meeting on Monday, July 12.
