[Primex] draft text for pi0 PRL

Just a quick comment, it's unlikely that we'll have room for 5 figures 
and 2 tables
in a PRL.  I would drop table 2, and in one sentence list the 2 or 3 
most important
systematics.  Fig. 2 is nice, but not essential to the PRL.  I would 
drop it, and
in one sentence state the typical sigma and signal/background ratio in this
distribution.
