[Primex] the latest version of the prl paper

    Hi,
  Two comments:
1) Since there is a leading authors' list, based on the fact that the 
published number is based on a ratio in which the denumerator is a product 
of my analysis (the only cross-section normalization for PrimEx), my name 
should be on it.

2) the affiliation for UKY should read -- "University of Kentucky, 
Lexingtong, KY 40506, USA"
