[Primex] PrimEx-II weekly meeting

    Dear PrimEx Collaborators,

  According to new information from Hall B we are tentatively scheduled to
  run the PrimEx-II experiment from Monday, September 27. This will be the
  first experiment after the August 14 shutdown. We expect to have the
  final, formal "firm" schedule from the JLab administration sometime in
  the coming week.

  We all understand that to run an experiment with a 3 months notice is not
  an easy job, but we do not have a better choice for the experiment. We
  need to do our best.

  To start the preparation of the setup and the experiment itself we need
  to resume our regular PrimEx weekly meetings, which are currently
  scheduled for Tuesdays, at 1:30 pm.

  With that, we will have the next weekly meeting on this Tuesday, June 29
  at 1:30 pm. The tentative agenda is:

  1) how to staff the experiment (the manpower problem)?
  2) what we have to do to get 1.4% error?

  Please plan to be on meeting, a phone connection will be provided as
  usual.
