[Primex] single arm compton

When I was taking my Primex shifts in October, Ashot asked me about my single-arm compton analysis of the first Primex experiment.  I found all of my information on my website - http://www.jlab.org/~mikewood/primex/veto/csa/index.html.

My conclusion at the time was that there are plenty of statistics for a 1% measurement.  However, I was never about to solve the normalization to 1%, see Jan 18, 2007.  The analyses of pi0 and compton runs never matched.

I thought this might be helpful to anyone looking at it again with the new data.
