[Primex] PRIMEX shifts

Dear Collaborators,

Thanks to your help the shift schedule for ongoing PRIMEX experiment is 
almost all covered now.

There are only 4 slots left to be filled.
The most urgently we need to fill shift this week:

And there are three more open slots at later dates:

Thursday  Oct 28 expert owl
Sunday    Oct 31 expert swing
Tuesday   Nov  2 expert owl
