[Primex] PRIMEX-II shifts need to be filled!

Dear PrimEx Collaborators,

Our PRIMEX-II experiment starts in 12 days and we need your help in
making this run a success; we need you to fill the shifts!

So far we have only 31% of the Leader and 33% of the Worker shifts
filled (0% Leader Owl and 24% Worker Owl shifts filled).  We really
need you to take the time and sign-up for the shifts.
