[Primex] ROCs plots

Hi, all,

I just looked at pawel's plots. Beside the ROC4 problem, I saw some slots in other ROCs quite noisy too. For example, slot 12 in ROC2, there are 13 channels have pedestal sigma about 5 times higher than average.    We should investigate those bad slots too.

Hello,

To address the ROC4(labeled 1 on the plots) issue, I processed pedestal run (10021). It
seems that this particular ROC has wider pedestals compared
to ROCs 5(labeled 2 on the plots) and 6(labeled 3 on the plots) .
ROC4(1) has exceptionally wide pedestals in slot 4 channels 1-32.

I copied this file to the documentation directory
