[Primex] Shift cancellation

Dear Collaborators,

Tomorrow morning before 08:00 accelerator will go down for CHL work. 
Duration of this work is estimated as 24 hours.
Primex shifts are canceled from 08:00 Tuesday Sep 28 until 08:00 
Wednesday Sep 29.
