[Primex] Compton paper - final draft

     Dear Il'ya!

   The paper is very well!

   Here the small remarks:

  1. i culculate the total systematic uncertainties
in TableII and obtain the strange results:

       For I  - 1.463 % -it is =1.5%, but
       For II - 1.0257 (1.329)% instead 1.22(1.79)% ?

  2.I don't find a mention of the Table I in the paper.

  3. i find the different numbers for the same Institute
in the author list:
  32=36, 6=12 and 19=25.

  4. for ITEP coauthors very important the reference
in Acknowledgments on the grant RFBR №18-02-00938
