[Primex2] minutes of last Friday's PrimEx weekly meeting

This is the minutes of  PrimEx weekly meeting on last Friday:

1. Ilya has implemented   HyCal Island algorithm to the code.  pi0
calibration for the Island algorithm is finished, and new attribute has
been added to PrimEx calibration database.

2. Lingling has created T-counter status tables and the tables has been
already loaded into database .When she tried to  check E-counter  TDC
alignment,  she found  E-counters are normal for empty target runs. Ilya
suggested her to use both the HyCal trigger and coincidence trigger to
check the TDC alignment for these empty target runs. E-counter status
tables will be  reported in tagger analysis note.

3.  Yang has shown his 5x5 pi0 calibration results and the change of these
correction constants over time (4 run ranges). He has created constant
tables and loaded into database.
