[Primex2] PrimEx2 weekly meeting

Dear collaborators,

Since ReadyTalk service will not available in a couple of weeks, we switch
to use BlueJeans for tomorrow's PrimEx meeting.

The steps of using BlueJeans to start audio meeting:
1) Participants must dial the toll free conference number: 888-240-2560;
2) Participants must enter the Meeting ID: 8396348671
