[Primex2] new weekly meeting time

Ashot and Eugene:
I have one simple suggestion that I think might help meeting attendance
a lot. It costs nothing. My problem is the notice comes out 2 -3 days
before the meeting. By the time the meeting happens I easily forget.
My suggestion is that the notice should go out now as usual but ALSO
about 1-2 hours just before the meeting. I think it will help.
