Hi Pawel,

It's a good draft.
I have a few comments and suggestions to your draft.

1. In abstract: "The cross section of atomic electron Compton scattering..." -> "The cross section of the Compton scattering off atomic electrons..."

2. In abstract: " The results are consistent with theoretical predictions that include..." -> The results are consistent with theoretical predictions which include..."

3. Fig. 3 has this shaded band +/-5% of NIST. It is never mentioned in the text and is not clear why is it there.

4. The first sentence of Section III. "The atomic electron Compton scattering process..." -> " The cross section of the Compton scattering off atomic electrons..." We don't measure process, but we measure the cross section (of the process).

5. "...the existing Hall B high intensity and high resolution photon tagger..." -> "...the Hall B  high resolution photon tagger..."
The tagger cannot be high intensity.

6. "...with 12 scintillator charge particle veto counters..."... with 12 scintillator counters to veto charged particles..."

7. Fig. 5 The elasticity on the axis is defined as E0-(E1+E2), while in the text it is written as E0-(Eg'+Ee'). You should be consistent, use the same notation in both cases.

8. The links to Primex notes in Ref [8 ,10] are incomplete, should be:

9. GEANT based simulation. Perhaps we should say GEANT 3 based simulation.

10. Table captions for both tables should be above the table, not below.

11. There is no reference to Table I anywhere in the text.

12. Are all the people one the author list aware of it?
