it would be quite informative for the reader if the results for
the carbon target and the silicon target<br>
are presented separately. Also it is not clear to me that adding
the systematic uncertainties of the two<br>
results in quadrature is the correct approach. If "number of
photons" refers to the photon flux then this<br>
is presumably the same for both measurements and adding this part
in quadrature does not make sense.<br>
However, I am not familiar with the details of the analysis so I
may be wrong of course. <br>
