[Primexd] [New Logentry] CCAL status

1) Preparation for the CCAL scan (after adjusting HV):

- CompCal EPICS motor scalers (provided by David L. and Hovanes ) have been implemented to the DAQ configuration
(starting from the run 52127):

SETUP:    hd_all.tsg_ccal_tagger_tac
CONFIG:  CCAL_TAGGER_TAC_m9.conf

- TAC crate was included to the readout, timing delay was adjusted (see Fig. 1)

2) The LED bias voltage was set to the maximum value of 29 V. All FADC pulses  
can be seen, except for one counter in the most outer layer (will be checked).
LED fadc waveforms are shown in Fig. 2 (after setting nominal HVs for CCAL)

3) We started checking trigger based on the energy deposition in CCAL:
trigger thresholds have been checked.

CCAL fadc amplitude as a function of the TAGH energy, corresponding to 
the trigger threshold of 5 GeV is presented in Fig. 3
(as expected, low energy counters are not seen on this plot because of the
trigger threshold). The trigger threshold seems to be well reproduced.
