[Primexd] [New Logentry] FCAL Base Replacements

5 bases were replaced today (see summary below). After turning back on the FCAL, it looks like there are 2 additional dead channels. These may come back online over the next day or so as they did not appear dead earlier in the week when I last checked. There may also be a few channels that are showing no signal, whether it be a bad base, broken cable, or bad fadc channel. After the LED scan, we can check signals of suspicious channels.
