[Primexd] [New Logentry] Base Replacements

3 bases were replaced today. All had hv issues.

I also checked the signal on one channel that has suspicious scalers (X=13, Y=5, Crate=2Mid, Slot=18, Channel=1). The scaler rate is low and flickers on and off, and this has been happening for a few weeks. The signal looked fine- it's amplitude was consistent with those around it. You might want to check the pi0 peak on this channel (I can try and check module number, though Drew may have this lookup table readily available). It did not show up in Ilya's last plot of suspicious channels, so things may be okay. If there is no pi0 peak, then the fadc channel is dead.
