[Primexd] [Revised Logentry] CCAL occupancy plots

One of the possible options is exactly what we had in Primex-1 in 2004
with the missing HyCal square: Low energy hits occupancy looks uniform,
while high energy ones show missing column, as it would be no info going
to the trigger sum. But my assumption can be wrong: still investigating.
