2 cm at the CCAL is only probably ~1 cm at the FCAL because of the lever arm, and that is getting close to the 5 mm alignment shift Simon noted.

So... I agree with Justin's comments in the other thread -- how about running your simulation through the GlueX detector model, which has all of these offsets put in.
