[Primexd] RF calculations

Hi all,

Thanks for giving me the chance to clear up some of the details about
the RF bunch selection algorithm on Friday.  I realized afterwards
that I forgot one crucial piece of information.  By default the
software uses the standard GlueX algorithm that works slightly
differently than the one I described (for example it uses both BCAL
and FCAL showers, and not CCAL).

To use the algorithm that I mentioned, you should always specify the
following flag when running programs like hd_root:
-PEVENTRFBUNCH:USE_TAG=CalorimeterOnly
