[Primexd] [New Logentry] Base Replacements

Three bases were replaced today. One of them was the problematic base at (1,2) from over the weekend. The HV on this channel was stable Sunday, but on Monday morning it began dropping again. To avoid hv issues over the next week, I decided to swap it out. On the test bench, the signal from this base was around the average value, so I do not expect the signal to change much. This is also seen in the scaler rate, which is similar to its neighbors. It might be good to check the pi0 peak for this channel for a run just to make sure the pi0 peak did not shift.
