[Primexd] [Revised Logentry] FCAL Base Monitoring

Attached are two plots showing the bases that have had their HV drop to below 20V over the last 5 days. The data was sampled every thirty minutes from March 7 at noon to March 12 at 9:30am. One base, (-5,8), is dead. There are 3 others: (-24,2), (-11,-16), and (25,11) which are almost dead or about to die. When live monitoring these channels, the HV fluctuates between good and bad values. These four channels have been flagged for replacement.
